PILTON INFANTS AND PILTON BLUE COAT - AFTER-SCHOOL CLUB - SPRING TERM 2024

Sessions starts on Wednesday 3rd of January 2024. Clubs will run every day when the school is open. Snacks will be provided Primary Sports 

AFTER SCHOOL CLUB OPTIONS:

Standard Day - 15.30pm to 16.30pm

Extended Day -Option 1 - 15.30pm to 17.30pm 

Extended Day -Option 2 - 16.30pm to 17.30pm  - Please arrange with the club leader at either school on how the child is going to be dropped off to the after-school at Pilton Infants 

IF YOU CHILD HAS GOT ALLERGIES PLEASE STATE ON BOOKING FORM ONLINE. 

Pilton Infant’s children will be walked to the hall by an adult. Pilton Bluecoat children will meet a member of staff in their school hall and they will be walked across to infants. 

PRICES:

Standard Day - 15.30pm to 16.30pm - £5.00

Extended Day -Option 1 - 15.30pm to 17.30pm - £9.00 

Extended Day -Option 2 - 16.30pm to 17.30pm  - £5.00

Tax free childcare vouchers and universal credit vouchers will be accepted.

The club will run on a first come first serve basis and we have limited spaces, we recommend booking your child in at least 48 hours in advanced. If you are unable to book your child in online it means that the club is full. Please DO NOT bring your child if they are not booked in online/ had an email confirmation. We will not access any children that are not booked onto the club  

Please note that sessions will be non-refundable unless informed/ cancelled 48 hours before the start of the booked session. If you wish to cancel please inform us and the school.

LATE POLICY:

If a child is picked up late, a charge of £5.00 will be made for every 10 minutes, beyond the collection time up to £20.00 and a strike will be against their name. (This charge will be added to your account ) If a child gets 3 strikes in the academic year no bookings will be expected from the family for the remained of the academic year. 

Activities during After School Cub could result in a child being injured. Primary Sports and Education will accept no liability.
