Eden Park- KS2 Gymnastics after school club

Mr Allen from Primary Sports will be running a Gymnastics after-school programme at Eden Park Primary School this term for ALL KS2 children.

The Session: Wednesday’s - 3.15-4.15

Sessions start Wednesday 12th January 2022 and run for 6 weeks ending on Wednesday 16th February 2022

Gymnastics- Children will have the chance to participate in lots of different games and activities which will develop their agility, balance, co-ordination, speed, spatial awareness and Team work. Children will also discover a wide range of travelling, jumping, rolling and balancing. The will also learn how to create routines and make them flow using control and continuity with a single movement and also when joining movements together. Certificates and prizes will be given out the children at the end of the programme.

We can only space for 25 children so please book as soon as possible using the instructions below. Children must be collected from the school at 4.15pm.

Mr Allen holds a clean enhanced DBS through Primary Sports. We ask to make sure that children’s belongings are in a labelled bag. All equipment will be provided; children are expected to wear suitable PE Clothing. It is the responsibility of parents to make sure that inhalers are brought with the child and that the coaches are informed of medical conditions. Gymnastics could result in a child being injured. Primary Sports and Education will accept no liability.
