Chulmleigh Primary School- KS1 Multi-Skills After School Club February-March

During this extended time, the children will have the opportunity to take part in a fun-based Multi-Skills programme that focuses on specific skills such as agility, balance, coordination, speed and spatial awareness. We only have 20 spaces available, so please book as soon as possible using the instructions below. Children must be collected from the school at 4.30pm.

The sessions are run by a sports coach from Primary Sports & Education, Mr Poole and all information provided will be passed on to our staff to ensure the safety of your child.

Booking the initial date below covers 6 sessions weekly, from Monday 19th February - Monday 25th March 2024

Time: 3.30pm to 4.30pm

ONLY £4 PER SESSION

Mr Poole holds a clean enhanced DBS through Primary Sports. All equipment will be provided; children are expected to wear suitable PE Clothing. It is the responsibility of parents to make sure that inhalers are brought with the child and that the coaches are informed of medical conditions.

Multi-skills could result in a child being injured. Primary Sports and Education will accept no liability.

Refund Policy: Parents will not receive a refund if they make a booking and cancel, regardless of how much notice Primary Sports & Education receives. If the session is cancelled by Primary Sports, all bookings will be given a voucher to the full value of the booking with 1 year on it. This can be used on any community events at the original location by using the voucher code at the time of booking on the website. Voucher codes will be unique to each individual and emailed separately.
