KS1 SUMMER SPORTS - AFTER-SCHOOL CLUB - SUMMER TERM 2026

During this extended time, Children will have the opportunity to participate in all different kinds of summer sports including Cricket, Rounders, Tennis and Athletics The children will learn skills such as catching, throwing, batting, bowling and fielding for cricket and rounders. In addition to this, they will learn the skills of athletics events such as Long Jump, Discus, Shot put, Javelin, hurdles, long distance running, relays and sprinting. The children will learn the technique and the scoring system of each event and apply within a mini-Olympic event at the end of the programme.

The sessions are run by a sports coach from Primary Sports & Education, Mr Gilbert and all information provided will be passed on to our staff to ensure the safety of your child.

Booking the initial date below covers 5 sessions weekly, from Tuesday 21st April 2026 - Tuesday 19th May 2026 - Club will run between 3.30pm and 4.30pm and the cost will be £20.00

Summer Sports could result in a child being injured. Primary Sports and Education will accept no liability.

Refund Policy: Parents will not receive a refund if they make a booking and cancel, regardless of how much notice Primary Sports & Education receives. If the session is cancelled by Primary Sports, all bookings will be given a voucher to the full value of the booking with 1 year on it. This can be used on any community events at the original location by using the voucher code at the time of booking on the website. Voucher codes will be unique to each individual and emailed separately.
